Tip 1 

When baking quiches or scrambling v'Eggs' to achieve a more realistic egg texture after cooking allow to cool then gently reheat before serving.

Tip 2

If your recipe requires heavily beaten eggs then slightly reduce the amount of added water when mixing your v'Eggs' to produce a thicker mixture.
